TAI CHI with Sandra Jin In-person
The gentle movements of this powerful Chinese exercise have been practiced for centuries
by people of all ages and fitness levels to improve health, boost energy and reduce stress.
Tai Chi is also recommended by health practitioners in treating many diseases such as
arthritis, high blood pressure, and osteoporosis to name a few.
