BOAA Active Living Fair

About the Event

 Welcome to BOAA’s 2026 Open House 🏡

Explore programs, activities, and supports designed to help older adults stay active, connected, and together in Bowmanville.


Vendors:

Please complete the registration form below to confirm your participation as an exhibitor at the Active Living Fair, Wednesday, August 19th, 2026, 9:00 am - 1:00 PM hosted by the Bowmanville Older Adult Association in partnership with the Older Adult Centres' Association of Ontario (OACAO) and sponsored by the Ministry for Seniors and Accessibility.

*NOTE: You will receive an invoice/receipt to your inbox almost immediately.

 

Booth Pricing:
• $150 – 8-foot corporate booth
• $100 – 3-foot corporate booth
• FREE – 3-foot non-profit booth

We are also offering the opportunity to participate in our event gift bags for $25. We kindly ask that 250 promotional items be dropped off by August 1st. Door prize donations are also welcome and greatly appreciated.

Your booth registration includes:
• Table and chairs
• Snack box


Set up times:

Tuesday, August 18th, 1 PM - 5 PM 

Wednesday, August 19th, 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM
